At Music & Merch, we want you to love your gear as much as your favorite record. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your merch in its original packaging, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
